Corn Pudding



1 can corn (or 12 oz fresh frozen corn)
1 can creamed corn
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk or fat free half and half
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp flour
salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

add flour, salt, and pepper to dry corn; whisk together egg, milk, and sugar and add to corn; fold in creamed corn and add to an oiled casserole dish.

Bake at ~400F for 30 min or until top is golden brown.
