Sausage balls


1 lb uncooked tube sausage; sage, breakfast, or hot
1 1/2 cups bisquik mix
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1/3 cup finely diced onion or shallot
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

mix well and shape into walnut sized balls

bake 15-20 min at 400F
